Music Therapy has been slow to catch on in Chattanooga and is frequently misunderstood. Often thought to be simply listening to music or playing instruments, the Ascending Scales program at the Chattanooga Autism Center and the music department at UTC help us understand the efficacy and complexity of music therapy and how it's growing in our area.
